We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a free exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. Your replacement will be delivered within 4–5 working days at no additional cost.


Refunds

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days. Refunds are only applicable if the item is returned in its original condition.

A 20% service fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover delivery, handling, and packaging costs.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
